Kontrol4 – SWMS Risk

With the SWMS Risk Register you and your team will be able to select Pre-Defined SWMS templates from the Forms list against a Project and/or a Job, dynamically update the SWMS with all associated Risks and Control Measures (as determined by your inhouse Safety & Risk Identification component person) and proceed to assign the appropriate risk ratings for initial risk and residual risk, likelihood and severity and the assign the control measure to a responsible team member. You can even have your customers pre-approve the SWMS prior to your team engaging with the SWMS. Hand your device around the team for all team members to digitally sign off acceptance of the SWMS and even include your customers, suppliers or subcontractors as the case may be. If a new SWMS is required for a new location, use the duplicate function for fast access to a new SWMS version and update with details relevant to the new location.
