Description
ITP includes the following;
- ITP Forms Template including Activity, Test, Hold Point and Verification.
- Link ITP form template to Risk Register
- Setup Templates for Activities and Tasks attached.
- Setup Text Boxes with default options.
With the Kontrol4 ITP you and your team will be able to select Pre-Defined ITP templates from the Forms list against a Project and/or a Job, dynamically update the ITP with all associated Activities and Tests (as determined by your inhouse Quality Control Identification component person) and proceed to assign the appropriate hold points and assign to a responsible team member. You can even have your customers pre-approve the ITPs prior to your team engaging with the ITP. Hand your device around the team for all team members to digitally sign off acceptance of the ITP and even include your customers, suppliers or subcontractors as the case may be. If a new ITP is required for a new location, use the duplicate function for fast access to a new ITP version and update with details relevant to the new location.
